Japan’s Akita Prefecture is one of the country’s most untouched regions. It’s a place to visit to find a true authentic Japan. Unfortunately, the region gets very few travellers compared to Japan’s other prefectures. I created a series of cinematic travel films that feature the authentic characters and experiences in Akita. Masters featured include a mountain climber, onsen owner and miso craftsman.
