An Hour Long Documentary About Kimchi for Discovery Channel
Korea’s most iconic dish is Kimchi. I wrote and directed a program that features a high pace with a contemporary look. The documentary features a segmented approach to keep the content fresh and engaging. Sections include artistically animated scenes about history and fermentation plus funny tasting segments and even a full-featured cooking class.
The program was filmed in Los Angeles, San Francisco and all over South Korea.
The show is currently airing on Discovery Channel globally and can be watched on demand on Discovery+ and Amazon Prime Video.
